Personal Training
Personal training is offered in a single one-on-one, couple (2 people), or team (up to 4 people) session is ideal for an introduction, correction to technique, or intense workout offered by the our certified trainers. Whether your are a novice to strength training or an experienced athlete, the training offered at The Bar will ensure a workout that is both intense and safe. Take all the tools taught in this session to practice in open gym or sign up for the 8-12 week training sessions for a plan specifically catered to your goals.
