Personal training at The Bar The Gym is rooted in discipline, experience, and purpose. As a veteran-owned gym, we bring a mission-driven approach to every session, pairing personalized programming with coaches who have over 10 years of industry experience.

Our trainers come from strong athletic backgrounds in MMA and wrestling, giving them a deep understanding of strength, conditioning, movement, and mental toughness. Whether your goal is improved fitness, increased strength, or athletic performance, you’ll receive focused, one-on-one coaching designed to challenge you, support you, and help you train smarter—for results that last.

// Personal Training includes: //
  • 1, 2, or 3 training sessions per week
  • 24/7 Open Gym Access to The Bar
  • Individual Weekly Programmed that is tailored to your goals. Program is send via email using Google Sheets so you have easy access to your program from your phone. 
  • Coach Feedback and Communication via Telegram where you can send your lift videos, ask advice on form and just do a general check-in on how your programming is going.

Personal Training is an excellent option to provide one on one athletic training for your youth athlete.

Your one-on-one personal training sessions can be tailored to introduce you to the fast-growing sport of Strongman.​
Whether you’re brand new to the sport or looking to refine your skills, you’ll learn proper technique for strongman movements, build event-specific strength, and train safely with expert guidance. From foundational lifts to implementing strongman implements, personal training offers a focused, supportive way to explore the sport, gain confidence, and prepare for competition—or simply train in a new, challenging way.
