Strongman Clinics
The Bar Gym's Strongman Clinics are designed to deliver a great workout by combining strength, power, and endurance principles. Each weekly clinic is structured to focus one main lift (eg: atlas stone loads, log overhead press, axel bar deadlifts, etc. The main lifts will be supplemented by strongman accessories and conditioning such as medleys and timed sets for as many reps as possible. The clinic is strictly geared towards on Strongman movements which will force you to gain functional strength while building your conditioning up.
