Youth Weightlifting Team


The Bar Gym's Youth Weightlifting Team is a USAW Affiliated Club Team that focuses on the classic weightlifting lifts.
Snatch//Clean and Jerk
The two classic lifts will be the main focus with added emphasis and instruction on 
Balance // Explosiveness // Endurance

  • 2 Team Clinics per week 
  • 24/7 Open Gym Access to The Bar The Gym.
  • Individual Weekly Programmed that is tailored to your goals. Program is send via email using Google Sheets so you have easy access to your program from your phone. 
  • Coach Feedback and Communication via Telegram where you can send your lift videos, ask advice on form and just do a general check-in on how your programming is going.
