- 2 Team Clinics per week
- 24/7 Open Gym Access to The Bar The Gym.
- Individual Weekly Programmed that is tailored to your goals. Program is send via email using Google Sheets so you have easy access to your program from your phone.
- Coach Feedback and Communication via Telegram where you can send your lift videos, ask advice on form and just do a general check-in on how your programming is going.
