The Bar Gym's bootcamp classes are designed to deliver a great workout by combining strength, power, and endurance principles. Our sessions are structured so each individual may be challenged to see results, regardless of training experience. Our group classes bring a sense of community to each workout through encouraging fellow classmates and high-fiving as they go.
$20 a class for non-members
$15 a class for members
$130 for 10 classes for members & non-members
