Summer Youth Athletic Camp
Camp with Coach Matt is back! If you are an Athlete between 11-15 years old, looking to get BIGGER, FASTER, and STRONGER, we better see you here! Not only the athletes will be in a group setting learning proper technique for their sport they will also be pushed to become stronger mentally!
Ages: 10-14 years old
July 8th/10th/12th
8am-11am
Day 1) Speed Training and Lower Body (Squat and Deadlift Technique)
Day 2) Plyometrics and Upper Body (Bench and Overhead Press Technique)
Day 3) Nutrition Seminar, Testing and Lower Body Explosive Workout
Every day will also have Mobility Training, Rehab Work and different fitness related games!
What to bring:
Water Bottle
Athletic Clothing
Athletic Shoes
Please make sure every child eats before the workout! We will provide a small snack (granola bar/Rice Krispy Treat). Please let me know if your child has any allergies as well
