Winter Youth Camp with Coach Matt is back! If you are an Athlete between 11-14 years old, looking to get BIGGER, FASTER, and STRONGER, we better see you in camp! The youth athletes will be in a group setting learning proper lifting technique that can enhance the power, speed, and strength their sport needs from them to perform.
Ages: 10-14 years old
December 23rd & 27th
8:30 am-10:30 am
Day 1) Speed Training and Lower Body (Squat and Deadlift Technique)
Day 2) Plyometrics and Upper Body (Bench and Overhead Press Technique)
Every day will also have Mobility Training, Rehab Work and different fitness related games!
What to bring:
Water Bottle
Athletic Clothing
Athletic Shoes
Please make sure every child eats before the workout! We will provide a small snack (granola bar/Rice Krispy Treat). Please let me know if your child has any allergies as well
