Weightlifting Coach & National Medalist
Emily has been an athlete pretty much all of her life. During her high school days, she was a Track and Field star dominating the 4x100, 4x200, 100 meter dash and 200 meter dash. In college, Emily picked up Crossfit but eventually transitioned into weightlifting. and the rest is history. With over a decade of experience, her wisdom matches her strength when it comes to the barbell. She has competed more times than she can keep track of. In the past year, Emily finished in the Top 5 at Nationals. She has high but attainable goals for becoming a member of the USA Olympic team. When she isn’t in the gym, she is likely snuggled up on the couch with her two dogs or enjoying a night out with her hubby.
